How do we run the fairs.......................

To ensure our fairs are the best advertised in the area we work out how many stands each venue will hold.

We then price the stands to ensure the hire of the hall (if applicable) plus insurance and additional organising costs are covered - eg prize for raffle, tea/coffee, flyers, banners, admin costs etc etc

We then set the remaining "profit" stands as our advertising budget for the newspapers.

This way we can ensure every fair is perfectly organised and fully advertised in the area. Plus being the best value events for the exhibitors by keeping the stand costs to a minimum!
